Biography
Attorney Pablo Martinez was born and raised in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley, hailing from Pharr, Texas, where his roots in the community run deep. Pablo received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Edward’s University, which he currently utilizes to analyze the financial complexities that come with divorce.
After earning his degree, Pablo returned home and began working as a legal intern at D.M. Hernandez Law Firm. It was here, aiding clients through some of their darkest times, that his passion for law, specifically family law, solidified. Pablo saw firsthand the potential for the life-changing impact he could have on individuals, and it only deepened his drive to pursue this ambition.
Fueled by this drive, Pablo attended St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio. He was granted the opportunity to participate in the campus’ Family Law Clinic, where he was crowned "Divorce King" for his relentless advocacy. Pablo didn’t just fight for his clients—he fought for their futures, ensuring they walked away with newfound hope. While serving as a student attorney, Pablo succeeded at the challenge of becoming one of the youngest certified mediators in his class. He excels in finding creative ways to resolve conflicts, always balancing tenacity with compassion.
Now an Associate Attorney at Winnie A. Bates Law, Pablo’s charisma and dedication have carried over to his professional practice. His clients appreciate his sincere and straightforward approach to family law. Whether fighting for fair financial settlements or advocating for children's well-being, Pablo is committed to delivering results that make a lasting positive impact on his clients’ lives.
